Why does it still say "Get Pro" when my plan is active?

The "Get Pro" button checks your subscription status, not your remaining translation, so the two can disagree.

Overview

If you still have translation available but the "Get Pro" button is showing up in the nav, that's expected in one specific case: what's left of your month and your subscription status are checked separately, and the button only looks at one of them.

Why this happens

The "Get Pro" button checks whether your account has an active subscription record. It doesn't look at what's left of your month at all.

Usually those two line up, since a month's translation normally comes from an active plan. But it's possible to have translation available from another source, for example an amount granted directly to your account, without an active subscription attached. In that case, the button still prompts you to upgrade, even though you have plenty left to use.

This isn't a sign anything is broken

What you have left is accurate and fully usable. Nothing about it is affected by what the upgrade prompt shows. It's just a display check that happens to look at a different signal than the one you're paying attention to.

If you think you should have an active plan

If you're confident you should have a plan reflected on your account and don't see it, don't try to fix it by changing settings yourself. Adjusting things on your end won't touch the underlying subscription record. The right move is to contact support so someone can look at your account directly.
